Oracle Project Development Consultants is a leading project development and consultancy firm in Sri Lanka, delivering innovative and efficient solutions across a wide range of construction and development projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to support our expanding pre-contract division.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Support the preparation of Cost Plans and measurement works.
- Perform material take-offs and assist with rate analysis.
- Coordinate with senior QS staff on tender reviews and cost data updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing records.
- Assist in evaluating supplier quotations and preparing comparison sheets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
- 1–2 year experience in pre-contract QS work.
- Good understanding of measurement, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
- Proficiency in CostX. Revit, Plan Swift, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic QS software tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
