We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to lead and strengthen our pre-contract division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
- Manage Cost Planning, value engineering, and cost analysis
- Oversee material take-offs and complex measurements
- Evaluate tenders, quotations, and commercial submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Mentor junior QS staff and ensure quality control in pre-contract outputs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Construction Management or related field
- 8+ years of proven experience in pre-contract QS work
- Strong expertise in cost planning, BOQ preparation & tendering
- Proficiency in CostX, Revit, Plan Swift, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and industry QS software
- Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-accuracy outputs
