We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to support our expanding pre-contract division.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate quantity take-offs using advanced digital tools.
- Prepare comprehensive BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, raise queries, and provide smart solutions.
- Perform bulk quantity verification with the highest QA/QC standards.
- Assist in tender evaluations and prepare professional client-ready reports.
- Ensure projects stay on track with timely progress updates and deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Construction Management or related field
- 2–3 year experience in pre-contract QS work.
- Good understanding of measurement, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
- Proficiency in CostX. Revit, Plan Swift, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and basic QS software tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
