Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and correspondence
- Maintain project documentation
- Assist with recruitment coordination and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Prepare letters, meeting minutes, and reports
- Support invoice preparation and payment follow-ups
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration and/or HR
- Prior experience in construction consultancy or QS firm will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil will be an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
