Office Administrator cum HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and correspondence
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and employee documentation
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
  • Prepare letters, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Support invoice preparation and payment follow-ups

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration and/or HR
  • Prior experience in construction consultancy or QS firm will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil will be an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
