We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to lead and strengthen our pre-contract division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
Manage Cost Planning, value engineering, and cost analysis
Oversee material take-offs and complex measurements
Evaluate tenders, quotations, and commercial submissions
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Mentor junior QS staff and ensure quality control in pre-contract outputs
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Construction Management or related field
8+ years of proven experience in pre-contract QS work
Strong expertise in cost planning, BOQ preparation & tendering
Proficiency in CostX, Revit, Plan Swift, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and industry QS software
Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-accuracy outputs
