The Role
The successful candidates will play a key role in administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, providing strategic contractual advice, managing commercial risk, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage construction contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.
Provide contractual guidance and support to project teams and key stakeholders.
Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, variations, claims, and change management processes.
Review contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Support procurement and tendering activities, including contract evaluation and award recommendations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive contract records and prepare contractual and commercial reports.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in contract administration on major building and/or infrastructure projects.
Sound knowledge of FIDIC forms of contract and contract administration best practices.
Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Previous UAE or GCC experience will be considered an advantage.
