IT Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support to QS and technical teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, networks, and IT systems.
  • Support QS software such as CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage data backups, cybersecurity, and software licensing.
  • Ensure smooth operation of BOQ preparation and digital measurement systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ IT support experience (construction/QS environment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
  • Good communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil an advantage).
